About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Developer (Drupal) to deliver high-quality Drupal websites and applications. This role focuses primarily on hands-on development while contributing to technical direction, collaborating closely with project managers and clients, and supporting other developers through project leadership and by example.

Key responsibilities

• Development of Drupal websites (PHP, site-building), including testing, maintenance, and technical documentation.
• Define technical approaches that balance architecture, delivery constraints, and real-world project goals, while maintaining strong awareness of quality, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other developers to clarify requirements, estimate work, communicate technical decisions, and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.

What we’re looking for

• Senior web developer with 5+ years experience (commercial) delivering websites and applications.
• Demonstrated experience with Drupal including site-building, PHP, custom modules, integrations.
• Clear written and verbal communication, comfortable discussing technical concepts with both developers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Guides and supports other developers, providing practical oversight and mentoring within project delivery.
• Takes ownership of delivery, managing time, priorities, and momentum across assigned projects with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.

Desirable (optional)

• Experience in a digital agency or consultancy environment.
• Full-stack experience is a bonus but not required.
